Whether ixes takes electronic components on commission or acquisition basis, the parts are carefully inspected one by one.
Value-added service is provided in our logistics center. The products are checked and classified. All relevant component data are registered in our database.
In addition, we provide the following project-related services:
Kitting service
Kitting, ixes’ procurement service, aims at simplifying your order transactions, easing your purchase and lowering your costs considerably.
ixes proceeds the complete material procurement based on your bill of materials. If necessary, we searches for identically designed parts and handles the consignment storage.
Packaging with Dry-Packs
It is an option which consistently maintains the high quality of all components. With the help of moisture barrier materials and humidity indicator, the humidity level in the package is kept as low as possible.
Belting service
For automatic packaging of circuit boards, blister pack service, in which the belt’s breadth ranging from 8 to 56 mm, is provided. The belting complies with IEC 60286/3 or EIA 481 standard.
